dosage for oxcabazepine to treat myoclonic siezures

What is average and highest dosage I can use for spinal siezures involving my lower left limb and left buttock
lasting for about 1 minute where my limb becomes temporarily paralyzed and severe burning for that period.?

Hi there. The recommended starting dose for adults and young adults is about 600 mg totals per day split up to 2 smaller doses. It may be increased by your doctor as necessary up to 1200mg per day.
