II think I'm getting better... I had a l4 l5 laminectomy in 2002 rehab was pretty much on my own  not too much advise from doc  ran two marathons since but training was hell also my neck as at least two smashed vertebra SI joint is bad my on the right very painful.... i had two epidural general injections and they help bit but i thing i need the specific one
my sinuse are jacked i have to use a percussion massager on my head or poke a sharp knife in myhead to relief tension  I also have to use the percussion massager on botth my legs to feel some degree of mormlacy
I run about thirty miles a week hit about 1,000 golf balls a week and about at leas 2,000 tennis balls a week  I'm down to two 7.5 lortabs one in the morning one around 1900 . when i strecth my legs I drool...  that's weird. any pills i could take )besides vicodin)) any excercise besided running and sport.s? thanks jgp
