drug or stress induced the pain

Hi,
I am 28 yr old female who is generally in good health. however a yr ago i went to get a pedicure and next day noticed i was getting a ringworm on my foot, i was able to get rid of it with topical ointments but there was some more little ones still popping up on my skin. I went to the doctors and got grifulvin pills, 10 days into taking them i had peripheral neuropathy symptoms went to the doctors and i was told to stop taking them so i stopped after taking them for 14 days. its now been 5 wks since i stopped but i still have the symptoms, please help i just want to know if its possible that they were caused by the antifungal. my bloodwork came back normal. or could this also be caused by stress because i have been stressing a lot about it. i have no numbness just tingling and pain shooting all over body at random occasions.

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hi there. Numbness and tingling in the hands and feet are a known side effect of griseofulvin and you could be most likely suffering from the same knowing your age and otherwise inconsequential medical history. You could however check your vitamin b1, b6, b12 levels, blood sugar profile, and thyroid profile to rule out hypothyroidism etc. rule out any tight fitting shoes or shoe bite, and spinal degenerative disc disease causing lumbosacral nerve root compression. Your neurologist would guide you on these lines. Take care and keep me updated.

Hi, thanx for the response, just wanted to update you figured had not said evrythng. I have always been healthy with good bloodwork results everytime. The doctor did tell me that the vitamin levels were also very good including thyroid. I am just wondering if this could have also been induced with the fact that the dentist gave me doxy which made me throw up so i got penicillin for my wisdom tooth infection right after the antifungal. THANX FOR ALL YOUR HELP, im just so nervous right now.
