ear pain/dizziness/pressure

hi everyone
I am at my witts end to be honest and would appreciate some input/help.
About 5 weeks ago i woke suddenly as i turned over in bed and my eyes were movind uncontroably, i panicked as it was still happening the next day and phoned the emergency doctor he diagnosed nystagmus (eye movement) prob due to ear inflammation and gave me anti dizziness tablets, i was told to return to my doctor if things didnt improve. I went to my doc that week and was prescribed antibiotics for an ear infection, follwed by a diagnosis of sinusitis a week later and more antibiotics. I had a third lot the following week.
Last week the pressure in my ear was getting me down big time and was referred to ENT (nearly a 3 month wait for appointment). I had a 4th lot of penicillin but again nothing doing.
I then developed clicky jaw and pain and tingling in the mouh area as well as fullness in the ears and head. I went to my dentist yesterday and have had to have two fillings done. My neck and shoulders are also stiff and i still feel a little dizzy!
Today my ears feel full and pressurised and i am at my witts end, i have been off work for 5 weeks now as i cant work due to this. I feel under pressure that i have to reurn next week and im still not well.

I have booked to see a private consultant (appt next thursday), if anyone has any ideas PLEASE help x
