earache dizzyness and head pressure

about 3 months ago i started feeling dizzy all the time, driving sitting down almost any time of day i stopped driving and starting taking tablets prescribed by gp will helped alittle i also have really bad earaches with a feeling of them been blocked all the time along with headaches and head pressure to the front of my head, i have been told the gp thinks its stress realted virtigo but i really dont feel like im under any stress apart from the stress this is giving me,

You MUST go to an ear nose throat ENT doctor.  Your gp may have checked your ears and they were okay, but an ENT is an expert in what's going on with your earaches and probably blocked sinus cavities.  The ENT has special equipment, he can see all the way down into all parts of your ear, he can even do a scan, and he can do labwork on what is probably a raging infection in your ears, and he may clean out your ears, he'll give you some anti-infection medicine, and some ear drops to clear it all up.  Your sinuses, they are in the front of the head, among many other places, and can get all clogged up, and the ENT will know how to get that straight.  He has instruments that can painlessly clean the sinuses out, and then nose spray and medicines to keep it clear.  

Anytime you get an ear infection, it just hurts like the devil, and only an ENT's treatments will make it well.  Also, one of the places where the balance mechanism is located is in the ear, so I'll bet that's why you are experiencing some vertigo!  And while I think your sinus cavities are causing your headaches and front head pressure, it is also possible that even the earache is doing that and not any clogged sinuses. But the ENT will know for sure.  So, PLEZ make an appointment with an ENT today, you may have to wait a few days to see him, and he will straighten all this out for you once and for all.  I wish you a speedy recovery!
