electric shooting random painin right arm

hi there, i hope some one can shed some  light on this  matter that im having.i had an accident18 months ago,scaffolding gave way with me in toe.fell 3 -4 metres,landing on my head  and torso areas.fratured vertrbrae {multiple},broken ribs and small fracture to my ankle.my recovery is o k but painfully slow,my problem now is i have a shooting electric like shock from the top of my right  shoulder down my fore arm through my first two fingers.extremely painful. i have noticed that when i clap  my hands together it seems to set it of.my phsycologist thinks it could be anxiety related ,but as ive had these episodes brought on by clapping my hands together theres got to be more to it.the reason of my concern is that i almost crashed my vehical at a service station when i had one of those episodes.i would be gratefull for any helpful information you could possibly give me thank you kindley
