elevated WBCs in CSF

I have recently been worked up for MS.  I have 10-12 brain lesions on my MRI, WBCs of 22 in the CSF, but no oligoclonal bands, and the IgG is low in the CSF.  The only thing abnormal on my CBC is basophils (elevated).  I have mild balance deficits and possibly a slight tremor in my left had when i attempt fine motor tasks.  I just want to know something.  Any Ideas?
