empty sell snydrome???

i am  a 31 year old female that is concerned about  mri report dont understand it can some help me i have been having severe weak spells i feel tired all the time and dizziness i also have gained 30 pounds in 3 months i have severe pain in shoulder blades {i know that i have a slightly bulging disk in neck} doctor has done many test and she did mri of head and it states that
Findings there is  increased csf density within the sella turcica with concave superior margin of the pitutiary compatiable with empty sella syndrome+ no focal areas of abnormal signal intensity are seen. there is no evidence of intracranial hemmorage space occupying lesion or signifincant mass effect
Impression empty sella syndrome
blood work  dign 0.1 L  low 0.8 to 2.1 high
                 chol  202     low 0-200
                  ldl    138  low 0-130
                  a/gratio   1.1      low 1.5-2.2
                  ast        67          15-37
                 alt          137        50-136
everything else normal can someone tell what this means  doctor says i may have cushings ??? i think they are just guessing can someone help please?? dont know what is wrong with me

How are you doing now? You need to discuss your reports and doubts in detail with your doctor and clear out any doubts that you have.
