Hi there. Yes, epilepsy is possible complication of tubercular or pott’s spine. She needs to get a detailed evaluation of  spine and central nervous system to check if she has pott’s spine and a possible tubercular meningitis. Certain tests like sputum acid fast baccilus, chest x ray and purified protein derivative delayed hypersensitivity. CT scan and MRI, cerebro spinal fluid analysis. Treatment of the underlying Tuberculosis is warranted. if seizures still persist, anti epileptic therapy would be required. Consult a neurologist as soon as possible. Take care.
