For the last couple of days, I have been experiencing tingling/crawling sensations
in my lower back above left buttock. I do have a sore back( but that's nothing new...and it isn't only my lumbar area...it's all over.)
My concern is: I also have the exact same feelings in my left thigh in the anterior/lateral area. I am assuming it isn't sciatica, as I have felt that before, and this tingling/crawling isn't down the back of my leg.
If I stroke my thigh lightly, the tingling is mimicked exactly in my lower back.
It is kind of creeping me out. I have had some cramping one night in my left calf, but it was short lived.
If I graze my leg at all....it starts the tingling/crawling in my thigh and my lower back.
What is this? Need I be concerned?
