eye bounce when walking

I can't find a term I'm looking for. When I walk, my eyes/vision bounces up an down. I found the term for it once but cannot again. Anybody know?
Also, I recieved a clean MRI yesterday but this unsteady on my feet feeling and the bouncy eyes are about my only remaining symptoms. I have vertical nystagmus when induced. No vertigo. Can't get to a neuro or ENT for another week. Anybody else ever experience this sensation I'm talking about?
