facial numbness/tingling

i am a 35 yr old female that 2 1/2 yrs ago started having r sided facial numbness and tingling that went from my ear to my mouth area.......also a noted weakness or slight droop to my r side of my mouth.....a trip to the pcp...np tought bels palsy..had blood work and mri...bw fine mri fine........said it was a b12 deficiency has a few rounds of shots and still to this day take 1000mg each day of b12.....................things went well......a yr or so goes by and numbness starts again nuero said it is migraine...i have no pain etc but migraine?????goes away again now here we are 2 weeks into it doing it again and i found this sight...anyone of the others ever get any answers????

Thanks for writing in.
There is a possibility of migraine since other possibilities like Bells palsy and peripheral neuropathy have been ruled out.
I would suggest you start treatment for migraine after referring to your PCP and then see of it helps you. Do you have any risk factor for stroke?
