familial tremors

i am 23 years old i am a physician
my father is having fine tremors in his hand more obivious on writing he is 52 years

i am complaining from fine trmors in my fingers when doing fine movements or i am in stress
not in writing or eating

i noticed it when i was practiving stitching as i am a doctor

i would like to ask about a treatment and if it hinders me to be a surgeon or no and it will disappear when i gain confidence

Hello.

These could be essential tremors. The tremors are often brought on/increased by stress and anxiety. Inderal often helps in such cases.

The condition will not hamper your training as a surgeon. But if you find that your anxiety is more than you can handle, please consult a psychiatrist for the same.
