finger cramps

My little finger and my thumb on my left hand has recently cramped up very tightly for no apparent
reason.  It can last for 1-2 minutes as I rub them to get back feeling and control.  This happend
a few times in the past month, but today it happened 3 times.  With the little finger sometimes the
tingling/tightening feeling can last for 5-6 minutes in a lesser tenseness.

This discussion is related to Finger numbness and intense leg cramps.
