son of my friend is about 12 years old and he is getting fits since last three years, and he is under treatment of a neurologist. Is there any treatment of this ailment in unani or homeopathy please advice

I can not comment on the effectiveness of the Unani or Homeopathic medicine. But I can state that we have a range of extremely effective medicines for seizures.

Appreciate your concern for your friend's son.
The allopathy stream of medicine has effective anti-epileptics(drugs for seizures) and are prescribed based on seizure type.
As you have stated that he is still getting fits, then you have to consult your neurologist regarding change of the drugs.
How effective are homeopathic or alternative medicinal drugs is controversial and I am totally in dark about them.
