Curious - my son who is 25 had bell's palsy last April and while the paralysis went away he continues to have that pressure.  He also became clinically depressed after the Bell;s and I wondered if you are depressed?  Or have had Bell's/

I have this as well and have a severe feeling of pressure in my head and down on my shoulders and me in general.  Something like being able to feel all of the gravit pressing down on me.  I have also been getting nauseous and dizzy and have been in the hospital for 3 days.  They released me without a definitive diagnosis.  It "could be" migraine.  I have had those 20 years ago and this is nothing similar.  God bless you

I just joined because of similar. I spotted some info about a spinal leak & now I have been looking to see if that could be my problem. It is all new to me so I jusr thougth I would mentioned it since I just found it too. I am not sure the speeling but I think it is ceribrial spinal leak or so, good luck to you both!

I have had pressure in my head, neck pain and facial pain all over for almost a year and doctors haven't been able to figure out what is causing it.  I have this daily...with varying degrees of pain.  CT scan was normal, sinuses are clear...possible tension headaches-meds didn't help.  Ibuprofen doesn't help.  This *****!  I feel stupid, confused, and depressed...just want to know what this is.  Massage and chiropractic adjustments help, but for only 5-10 minutes afterwards.  :-(

Do you think an MRI might show something more?

I have same symptoms. Google "pain in the head" in washington post from around 2004. This guy had ethmoid problems and I believe it's what I have. Middle turbinectomy may be the solution.
