Oral cancer test wasn't necessary, i insisted to no avail. Dr. diagnosis: carpal tunnel , wanted to operate on both hands.-- I was diagnosed with arthritis/rhumetism as an adolescent. osteaoarthritis when i was 16.degenerative disc disease at 28-- I refused the cts surgery, unless the neck test be performed, it wasn't. the neurosurgeon acted affronted and said that they could help me anymore on my maintenance meds. I was taking 1 vicodin a day to help with the leftover pain. I family dr. took up the slack. no problem with the supposed cts
2 months ago I was rear-ended at a stoplight by a vehicle going 45 mph, I was the brakes, no skid marks. I don't remember anything until the emt was pulling me out. because of the surgery i returned to the same neurologist. I have had dizziness/lightheadedness,headaches, limp on my left leg, pain from top of head thru spine to feet. my loss of use has been multipled to debilitating. They can't find anything on the film, mri next week. meantime dr. continues this cts thing. referred me to pain spec. 1st thing out of his mouth was about the cts. I corrected him-No CTS- car wreck, whiplash, crunching in neck, stenosis, etc. I believe i'm permanently disabled. what to do?
