genital hernia

l have a burning feet @ night , l have tried  vitamin B 12 , 1 n 6 , but nothing much ,l really need help coz cant sleep and also this has resulted into  numbness in my fingers,
my hernia use to bulge but now it no-longer bulge, only lots of pain.pls need help.

You have to get examined yourself near a surgeon . Some hernias get obstructed and have to find out what is causing pain and numbness? Meanwhile take some anti inflammatory drugs for symptomatic relief. Take care!
