Dear Sir, From last more than three month I am passing through a critical situation. Whenever I take spicy food specially liquid. I feel strong giddiness in my head,it feels like everything is revolving around me . This remains like this for 30-40 sec. I am healthy 41 year old man. I am taking regular medicine for high blood pressure and it remains well in control. Please help me and let me know .
