giddiness.tired,legs pain

My name is Ankur and i am 33years old, from past few days i have been suffering from shoulder pain,giddiness,and i feel i am going to faint, i feel very tired all the time,and i also my bp was slightly low,.my daughter is six years old and after my delivery i have been suffering with bad pain in my legs.i have swelling in my hands and feet. i have applied lots of oils and i have had lots of tabs but of no use.someone please help.

You seem to have some qualities of a diagnosis called fibromyalgia. Fibromyalagia is a medical condition that leads to whole body pains. Its cause is unknown, but it is characterized by diffuse aches, sometimes GI symptoms similar to irritable bowel, sleep abnormalities, low pain threshold, and other features. It is best treated with medications such as pregabalin and gabapentin, exercise, and physical therapy. Fibromyalgia occurs frequently in patients with chronic fatigue syndrome. If no cause of the condition is identified, it is best to look for other contributing factors such as anxiety or depression.

However, this diagnosis is predominantly a diagnosis of exlusion meaning you should be evaluated for other possibilities. I would recommend that you follow up with your primary care physician to have basic blood chemistries and blood counts performed. Also, you should have your thyroid function panel evaluated.
