Hey, Colby, I have a family history as well, and my tremor kicked in a little early too (mid 30s, my dad's didn't start until his 60's). I've also noticed that marijuana can exacerbate the problem, despite the fact that it reduces my anxiety/stress quite a bit, which generally help the tremors to subside. Go figure. I've stopped smoking for about six months, and the tremors still come and go for me, so, at least in my case, the aggravates the shaking, but is not the cause.
