hands out of sync occasionally

Does anyone know if the following occurrences are a symptom of something:  Recently, I've noticed my hands aren't doing things in sync - it happens about once or twice a week. For instance I picked up my toothbrush w/ one hand, and the toothpaste in the other, meanwhile I put the toothbrush down with the first hand, when I'd meant to hold both, and put toothpaste on the toothbrush. I was in the yard planting something and did the same thing, picking up things but then putting something down when I wasn't done w/ it. It all happens quickly, and I just repeat the action correctly to do what I'm intending to do. It's happened about 6 or 7 times now over the past month, when it never happened before (except perhaps if I was in a great hurry to do something - but even then, rarely).

I am 43, female, in very good health, I have no family history of neurological/motor skill issues. I am not stressed at all, and am a generally a very happy/healthy person. I don't exercise a lot, but I'm not a couch potato either. Other than the occasional allergy pill (rare), I'm not on any medication. Normally, I don't worry about small things like this, but this kind of motor skill blip bothers me - like my left and right sides are communicating well w/ each other.
