handstands resulted in numbness in arm and tingling in hand

Did several extended (1 min each) handstands (against wall) last night for upper body strength and stability.  Resulted in left arm slightly numb, weak/wobbly and tingling in hand.  I suspect I've compressed a nerve in my shoulder or wrist.  No "pain" specifically this morning, other than some minor DOMS in pec and tricep from prior workouts.  I've iced, IB'd and stretched; a little relief in tingling, but obviously there is an issue.  I was going to give it another 24 hrs to see if it improves.  If not, doctor visit warranted?  If so, orthopaedic or neurologist?

Many thanks!
