has anyone have a diagnosis for head pain?

I have been suffering from constant chronic pain for about 10yrs now its burning, pressure , stabbing, severe pain on left side of head and it sometimes causes pain in left eye and I also have pain in the middle to lower back I have had several MRI's it showed that I have demyilation {not sure how to spell it} of the nerves in the white matter of my brain the doctors thought I had MS but the spinal came back neg. now my docs have stopped trying to figure it out and just want me to stay on meds. I want my life back, I am tired of the constant pain If there is anyone out there that can help I would be forever grateful.
