head and neck pain

for the past month ive been feeling really weird. I have been having alot of dizziness, verigo, pain in the back of my head and neck, also my head is burning. I went for an mri and hey didnt find anything, after the mri it got worse. I have 2 cyst were most of my pain is coming from but wouldnt those show up on the mri? Last i have a cyst on my adrenal gland.
