Thank you.  I believe they are migraines.  I have gone to a neurologist after I had 3 TIA's.  I had a TIA because my INR was 1.1.  I need it to be between 2.5-3.5.  I have a mechanical heart valve.  I do feel pressure behind my ear.  So I could have an ear infection.  Thanks for your info.  If need be, I will go back to the doc.

Thank you so much.

Hi there. You need to consult a neurologist to assess you for migraines and cluster headaches which are usually localized and one sided. An MRI head is needed to check for any intracranial growth or neoplasm. These could be secondary to stress, tension, hypertension, migraines, cluster headaches, refraction errors. If the headaches are localized, vascular headaches, aneurysms and tumor. Cervical spondylosis could cause referred headaches and sinusitis and ear infection could also give rise to referred headaches. Therapy is according to the cause. Take care.
