I been having trouble with my head i been dizzy really spacey, tired and i have this weird buzzing in my head my vision is foggy its been going on for 2 months ive had mri done i been to an ent they think its veritgo but nothings worked yet i dont know what to do

Well, without knowing the relevant clinical details or a detailed clinical evaluation it would be difficult to comment specifically on the situation or suggest management plan. Possible cause of the symptoms described include low blood sugar, low blood pressure, primary cranial headaches, causes related to the internal ear, micronutrient deficiencies, stress/ anxiety/ depression, hormonal/ endocrine issues etc. I am not sure how far have you been evaluated for, though I would suggest considering a detailed evaluation by an internist initially and depending on the cause diagnosed/ suspected, this can be managed accordingly or specialist care may be sought.
