head shaking

my mom has had for many years multiple symptoms head shaking roaming pain chf liver disease  emphysema gait disturbance and now her doctor (finally tested  the intrinsic factor came back normal; still there is some type of b defficiency no poly myalgia rheumatica  chiropractic has helped some of the pain and she moves better -gets out more but there is some thing wrong

she is also on neurontin for the shaking maybe helped a little but there are side effects
mri showed some brain atrphy  no reaon for that  but age
