Numerous symptoms: Transient vision loss started 3 1/2 yrs ago (10-12 X's day every day). On Oct 4th, 2007 peripheral vision went out, severe headache at base of skull, and nausea. Since then (5 mos) daily nausea, transient vision loss, heavy pressure pain at base of skull and neck, numbness/tingling on right side of face, joint pain (mainly jaw), Orthostatic hypotension, Babinski response on right foot only, other numbing sensations on right side of body, dizziness, shooting burning pain in head. MRI & MRA of brain & cervical fine except for Large (9mm) globular pituitary gland, endo said normal for teen. Her right vertebral artery ends in PICA and she has mild spina bifida. Also has right breast fibroadenomas. Lyme, ANA, heavy metal, hormone, autoimmune, coneective tissue, Iron blood test all normal. Echocardiogram & EKG normal. Spinal tap just done, no results yet. She is 16 yrs old.

Is the Babinski's response present on both the sides?
It suggests upper motor neuron dysfunction or loss. I am surprised at the normal MRI report. I was suspecting some intracranial space occupying lesion.
What are the other symptoms?
