headache

I have been having this sharp pain on the right side of my head near the temple and its like a dull ache sharp pain, I do suffer from migraines but I took my medicine and it has not gone away, I am uninsured and I know a MRI is the best thing to get but I am so in debt I cant afford anything, is this a sign of something really serious? or is it stress related? my vitals are fine and i am other wise healthly expect the wonderful acid reflux that has recently been bothering me.
