headache and chest pressure with ear blockage

I have recurring headaches/pressure with right ear blockage and ringing. Sometimes I get a chest pressure as well. When I excercise I feel these symptoms the majority of the time. I have had a cardiac stess-test and EKG done with good results. I have also had neck therapy. Most of the time I feel like I carry a "heaviness" in my head.

Your ear problem should be evaluated formally by an otologist. Aside from the usual physical examination, he may require special tests like audiometry or tympanometry to pinpoint the problem.
The heaviness in your head can be due to stress and I advise you discuss this with your physician. Based on his neurologic exam, he may be able to diagnose your problem or be able to refer you to a specialist. Pain medications may also help
