headache on the top of the head

by Billdin, Nov 07, 2009 08:25AM
My neighbor avoids doctors, but twice in the last few weeks he has had a pretty bad headache that he said was located at the top of his head towards the front. His wife believes it is related to the fact that he drinks one or two Mountain Dews in the morning between 6:00 AM and 8:00 AM. He doesn't drink coffee.
The guy is very active, working outside in Central NY State 10 months of he year. He has a couple different businesses so he works 10 hour days at least 6 days a week.........you know too busy to stop and take care of something as minor as a recurring headache that is exhibiting for the first time in his life.....so his neighbor has to try and help.

So what do you think?

Hi,
Pain on the top of the head may be caused by high blood pressure, sinus headaches, Migraine headaches, Cluster headaches and pathologies in the brain. Please ask your neighbour to go for MRI of the brain and consult a neurologist for diagnosis and treatment. Hope this helps you. Take care and regards!
