headache

am 18 years and everyday i suffer from this headache it is very strong when i go to bed and wake up i feel fine but then out of the blue its start again even if i take pills it just does not make a differnce

Hi, my symptom is very similar to yours. Everyday when I wake up, ,my head was fine, but like an hour later the headache begin and last for whole day.
Do you feel like really tight on the both sides of brain?? I tried migranie med\pain relive\chinese med\pain relive oil\even diazepam\ but they all just work not good.

Hi there!

Headaches can be caused by a variety of reasons often categorized into primary headaches, secondary headaches, and cranial neuralgias. The primary headaches include tension headache, migraine cluster headaches and similar pathologies. Secondary causes can be due to sinusitis eye problems, etc and the cranial neuralgias that include the trigeminal neuralgias. Without a clinical evaluation it would be difficult to differentiate between these or suggest specific management. I would suggest getting this evaluated by a primary care physician initially and depending on the cause diagnosed/ suspected, it can be managed accordingly or specialist care may be sought.
