Subdural hematoma stroke and told them what I told you, they examined me for signs of stroke, but did not do CAT,MRI or any blood tests and I was released the same day and told to follow up with my doctor.I am healthy in my late 40s male and I don't have any chronic diseases, like high blood
pressurePressure ulcer, diabetes etc.Now I don't have any headaches, but I wonder what caused my headache 2 months ago. 1.Do yo think headache was caused by a small

Subdural hematoma stroke? 2. I read somewhere that aneurysm, angioma, hemangioma in the brain can cause sudden headache and do you think my headache was caused by the above three conditions? 3. What is the best test (CAT,MRI) to find out if a person has aneurysm, angioma or hemangioma in the brain and can the above conditions be diagnosed with an MRI,but without any IV injections or contrasts? 4.Can old small hemorrhage strokes be diagnosed with a plain MRI, IV MRI,CAT etc? 5. If the above conditions can not be diagnosed by an plain MRI with what IV injections or contrasts can the above be diagnosed?6.Can small hemorrhage stroke be diagnosed with EKG and is systolic blood pressure more important than diastolic for prevention of aneurysm, angiomas and hemangioms in the brain?Thank you
Second subdural I showed up in ER (headache for ten days) and the triage nurse didn't believe that I could have a subdural. When he admitted me a month later when I was admitted for numbness in my hand he apolozied saying he had never seen any patient walking into the ER with a subdural never mind looking as good as I did.
The third subdural was one week after the second when the docs tried to anticoagulate me for my mechanical heart valve with heparin. I did have a burr hole procedure done for my second subdural and I had a stroke after the surgery.
My word of advice is: Never say never. Although my risk might be higher due to the fact that I was on Coumdin you just never know. My INR was in range by the way when I had my bleed.
I don't know if anything will show up now as it might be too late, but the doctor should have ordered at least a CT scan of your head to rule out a bleed.
