Hi.

Did you undergo any diagnostic procedures (X-ray, MRI) after your head injury and was there any medical treatment given?

Common sequelae of head trauma include skull fracture, intracranial hematoma and concussion. It would be best to have your symptoms assessed by a neurologist as soon as possible.
