headaches, sore eyes, loss of concentration

Hi there,
Ever since i had a fall and landedon my head ive experienced head aches, eye soreness, short term memory loss.
The headaches are at the back of the head and feel more like a heavy feeling rather than a sharper one.
My eyes (i am short sided) but noticed they got worse and even suffer from little bit of long sided now. I never used to wear my glasses all the time, but they have gotten that bad i now have too.
When i first had the accident my memory was really bad, actually more like my concerntration, this still effects me today but it could be the cause from the strain of my eyes.
Doctors are no help, i havent seen a neuroligist yet, should i?
Do you have any idea what is causing this? please help.
