headaches/tingling/weakness

i am a 26 year old male, perfect condition, college athlete, the following symtoms (symptoms) have been becoming progressive over the past 2 years: tingling in my face, weakness in my arms and legs, now i have blackouts for a short time, and headaches not like a migraine that are constant...mri's and mra's of head and neck show nothing..catscan is negative just do not know what to do now help

Have you had your blood sugar levels checked?  I know the symptoms you are explaining can also be caused by low blood sugar also called hypoglycemia.  Sorry if this wasn't very helpful; just thought I would mention it to you.  ~bride-to-be-mother-of-3~
