Hi,
The cause of symptoms of headaches with eye discomfort could be Migraines, Cluster headaches or a brain mass or lesion.  Please go for an MRI of the brain and consult a neurologist for diagnosis and treatment. It would be better to consult an eye  specialist for complete eye examination as well since an eye problem could be the cause of headaches. Hope this helps you. Take care and regards!
