My son is suffering for 3 days with severs headache  to sides of head and back of head pressure going into head not trying to get of head. Feeling sick and can't sleep. He age is 21

There is always a "missing piece". It could be a hangover (maybe not). In any event, after three days, it's time to go to a doctor.

If he hasn't had an injury then many things can be going on. He needs to be evaluated. If it is migraine then there are very good and specific medicines that will help but it could be something else.
