headaches

I have been having headaches for about three weeks. They are in my sinus area  and around my eyes.  Also,  occasionally I  get excrutiating  pains behind my right eye when I move my head too quickly or bend over.  I went to doctor and had sinus X-rays and no infection was present.  He prescribed Clariton for 10 days and the pains around my eye seem to be getting better. But I almost constantly have a dull pain in my sinus area still. I don't have any other symptoms.  Should I be worried about these? And should I see a neurologist?

Thanks for your question.  It is possible for plain X-rays to miss mild
sinusitis, because a mild degree of mucosal inflammation can be below the
detection threshold of the technique.  Since your symptoms appear to be
improving with medications, it also reinforces the likelihood of sinusitis.
If your symptoms worsen again or significantly change in character, you
might consider a neurology appointment.
I hope this information is helpful.
