I understand your concern. There is a condition called pheochromocytoma that results in bursts of adrenaline release that can cause this sporadic elevations in blood pressurePressure ulcer and heart rate. This usually presents with an adrenal tumor (the structure above your kidneys) and accompanied by other electrolyte abnormalities. You can also have a cardiac rhythm abnormality that can present with bursts of increased heart rate and also elevating your blood pressure in the process. I agree that you need a cardiologist consult and undergo extensive evaluation. You may need a holter monitor (like a 24 hour EKG) to rule out any heart rhythm abnormalities.
I hope you and your doctors get to the bottom of this soon. Regards and be strong.
Thank you so much for your response, any information about these symptoms I am open too anything I could educate myself with is a blessing. I see the cardiologist on Monday, and the plans are too have echocardiogram and a holter monitor. So far today I have been ok, I pray it remains like this till the test are done.
I would like to work out but think it may be a bad idea, can I have your input in regards to working out???
thank you again
