i have a critical disease called myoclonic jerk.my hands will be jerked suddenly.this will happen when i am in a mental tension and also when i dont have a proper sleep.i am treated for this and i am having tablets for this.but still i am not satisfied with this treatment.i need more treatments from more doctors so i choosen this site.help me..

I can't tell if your mother's condition is related to your symptoms. But looking at the medicines you are taking, it appears that you have some problems not connected to her condition. May be you have some more symptoms to share. I have sent you my Email ID.

thanks for your reply.sir,i dont have this jerk in any other places.daily i am taking tablets.
if i leave the tablets for two or three days,again i will be affected from that.now i am having the tablets-epilex chrono-300mg and epitril-0.5mg.Sir and i also gone with EEG but there is no symptomps in EEG.And another thing is my mom is aits patient,is there any connection with this.Sir please give me your e-mail address and i want to share many things with you if you dont mind.

Do you get the jerks in other areas also ? What is the treatment you are receiving  ? And how long have you been taking it ?

It is important to give the medicine enough time to act. If you are in a stressful condition, it is prudent to treat that first.
