help please, bad headache after strain!!

hey!
i recently had a bad time with my head, i sufferd a concussion approx 6 months ago, cut  along story short, i had numerous CT and MRI scans and they have all come back negative...no evidence of any bleeds , tumours ect

Around 2-3 days ago i tried lifting a very heavy object, and i felt the strain, the type of strain you feel pressure in your head, it was only for around 3-5 seconds, but now ive got a very bad headache, and it comes gradually through out the 2-3 days since ive strained myself, tablets do help quite a bit, to kill the pain, and im only 16 so im at no age risks, ...just wondering if strain for a few seconds could cause some bad head problems, and how long it can last for,

Hi....it may be do to ur head trauma......how long since the MRI's?? If they were 6 months ago, and u r having these issues u may want to ask for them to be redone....there r different conditions that can be a result of a head trauma, but do not show up right away on MRI's.

Please see ur dr and post an update.
