help! severe neck pain after surgery

Hi,
I will appreciate if u cd explain to me what is happening. I had a lipoma surgery of the back recently. I had the surgery bcos i was having an electric shock feeling down my arm. My doctor thought it was the lipoma around my teres minor muscle area that was causing the problem. Meanwhile just after the surgery, the pain has moved to my neck and am really feeling uneasy and will seriously need your help. Kindly help me out on what to do. Looks like i am not getting any attention from ur forum, pls.
