help with L'hermitte's sign

HI all

Is it still considered L'Hermitte's sign if the tingling ONLY goes down one arm?

Should L'Hermitte's happen EVERY time you flex your neck or can it happen intermittantly?

Thanks for the help.

L'hermitte's sign happens when the head is bent forward. Some people say its an "electrical feeling" but to me it feels like vibration. Mine happens in my lower back and in my left elbow, and sometime left fingers. I did know a girl who said hers seemed to "move" from place to place, but I have ever heard of that again. it could radiate down an arm i suppose.

When I bend my neck forward I get a stabbing pain in my mid back, is that the same thing as L'hermitte's sign?

L'hermitte's is an electrical/zapping kind of pain.  When I had it it went down the front of both legs.  I have MS and had a lesion on my cervical spine.
