There is a possibility of some fluid in the mastoid air cells. Sella turcica appears to be empty hinting towards and empty sella syndrome. It can occur due to flattening of pituitary gland on the inner walls of the sella. This usually occurs in womenWomen's way who are obese or have high BP. There is slight herniation of the cerebellarAcute cerebellar ataxia tonsils. You also have white matter lesions which can occur in chronic headache, migraine, high BP, smokers, chronic alcoholism, and migraine.
These findings need to be correlated with your clinical symptoms for exact diagnosis.
