can anyone help me I have three discs ruptured in cervical neck
arthritis in shoulders and  carpel tunel syndrome. I have been told have to live with pain which is servere,pain radiates down right arm and i have constant numbness and pain in right arm and hands,but recently i have been concerned about a burning pain in
my shoulders and back its like they are on fire can anyone please help    thanks

Sorry to hear about your symptoms. The pain in your arm sounds like a radiculopathy which is a condition of nerve root irritation due to things like herniated discs that cause burning like sensations that radiate from the shoulder down to the arm and hand or in your case shoulders and back also. You need to see a neurologist and neurosurgeon, or at the very least get an MRI of your neck and see your primary doc. I'm not quite sure why you were told you had to live with this, but surgery, physical therapy and anti-inflammatory meds could certainly help. Talk to your docs about getting a referral. An EMG may also be helpful to see which disc or discs are causing the pain. Best of luck.
