i have no money for diagnosis, so far, i think i have the arnold chiari malfuntion all the ailments points to that, any body knows anything about syringomyelia ? and if i can get just  over the top meds ? dont worry i wont sue you or hold you liable, for answers, just honest opinons from people that knows somthing about this, please dont refer me to paying sites, dont have anymoney for this............thank you,  angelina
