help!!!!!

  I am a 21 yr old female. I am so scared, and don't have insurance. The middle of October I started to feel very dizzy and suffered from sinus pressure and headaches. Then I got an ear infection that lasted about 2 weeks. I finally felt better. Just recently the dizziness came back along with blurred vision. My eyes are now very sensitive to light and air. I always get headaches, so that doesn't concern me too much. In the past few weeks I have had pain almost like a pinching feeling in the same spot on my head---that is what is worrying me. I just don't feel right. Could I still be suffering from my ear infection? I am convinced I have a brain tumor/aneurysm. Please help!

...try not to worry about what u r not sure of...stress can make u feel worse.Do u work full time?....can u get insurance? (where do u live, some states have assistance)
once u get insured......

Ask ur PC, what he thinks is going on....have u had ne trauma to ur head or neck area?....u said u get head aches...how often...how severe?.....it is possible ur dr may refer u  to a NL or NS and they may schedule an MRI to make sure there is nothing pinched.
