BPPV can cause symptoms like dizziness, lightheadedness, visual disturbances along with vertigo so there is a possibility that your symptoms are due to BPPV. These symptoms are usually associated with an acute attack of BPPV.
Diagnosis is made by the most important symptom which is that of vertigo with changing head positions.
I would suggest you to get the epleys maneuver done by trained ENT specialists or your GP.
